From March 25th to 26th, 2024, the Buganda Kingdom organized a two-day planning retreat at Mutesa 1 Royal University to discuss ways for advancing work in the various sectors such as health, education, economic development, sports, tourism and culture. The event was attended by heads of institutions in the Buganda government and Buganda counties and crowned with a cake-cutting ceremony and recognition of outstanding sports achievements by counties.
