Kabaka Foundation Tubeere Balamu Health Camp Bulemeezi – Day2

As the curtains close on the two-day Tubeere Balamu Health Camp in Bulemezi, the atmosphere is filled with gratitude and hope. The health camp, which has brought smiles to thousands, is wrapping up today, 25th February 2026.

Thanks to the additional team of medical workers and generous donations of drugs from Agakhan Hospital, the queues moved faster today, bringing relief to many who had waited patiently. One of the standout successes of the camp has been the focus on prostate cancer with 90 men screened and referred to Entebbe Referral Hospital for further treatment. Additionally several cases of hernai and uterine fibroid were conducted. To this, the Kabaka Foundation extends special thanks to Uganda Association of Surgeons and Bishop Asiri Hospital for their efforts.

Owek. Christopher Bwanika, who officiated the closing ceremony, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all partners who worked with the Kabaka Foundation to make this camp a resounding success. “Your dedication to serving our community is truly inspiring,” he said. He also urged the Kabaka’s subjects to take advantage of the Tubeere Balamu Yinsuwa insurance scheme.

As we bid farewell to Bulemezi, we look forward to our next destination: Buwekula, April 2026.
